Finishing up their forthcoming joint UK tour with All Structures Align. You know them, you love them. A ridiculously impressive trio featuring 2/3 of Bilge Pump and a Nape Neck. In fact, we love them so much we asked them back to celebrate the festive season with us. If you caught them last time at the Kirkgate Centre, or listened to any of their recent radio sessions for all round good egg Marc Riley, you’ll know what to expect; noisy, rhythmically diverse yet danceable fun. Their debut 7″ single on Wrong Speed Records immediately sold out, so make sure you grab a ticket before this does too.

All Structures Align (UK)

As much as we don’t like to repeat ourselves, we couldn’t pass up the opportunity to bring the mighty All Structures Align out to Shipley too, after such an impressive set at our recent all-dayer in Leeds a few months back. Built around the brothers Ineson (of early 90’s heroes, Nub) and featuring a live band that incorporates members/ex-members of more bands than you could even imagine, ASA plough a furrow that few bands manage to do with as much flair. Not content to put out one of the best albums of last year, they went and released two of the best albums of last year (both on you guessed it-Wrong Speed) and will soon be releasing a third. Bringing together rock, post-rock, emo (the real kind), math-rock and a whole load of other meaningless musical tags, ASA create beautiful sounds, reminiscent of lots of your favourite bands akin to those from Chicago or Louisville in the 90s, yet making a sound all of their own.

FFO: Nub, Polaris, Owl, Joan of Arc
